Talk through your requirementsCan we self-host the whole platform?
Yes. If you choose your own infrastructure, the dashboard, environment management and Odoo run there. You can operate the platform with your team, or agree deployment, operations and mentoring with us. If you choose hosting with us, the platform and Odoo run on the server we provide. You choose where it runs and how much operational help you need.
Who is oduflow.com for?
Businesses using Odoo Community or Enterprise that want managed hosting and a team able to develop Odoo with AI. We work with your process owners, internal developers and existing Odoo partner to establish a practical way to build, test and release changes.
Do we need an Odoo Enterprise subscription?
No. We support both Odoo Community and Enterprise. Community does not require an Enterprise subscription. If you use Enterprise, your Odoo subscription is separate from our service, and we review your Enterprise repository access during onboarding. Hosting, migration and mentoring are scoped in our proposal.
Can we move from Odoo.sh or another provider?
We start by reviewing your database, filestore, custom modules, integrations and repository access. Then we plan a trial migration, business acceptance and a cutover window. If you use Odoo Online, we first check your subscription, export options and custom-code requirements.
Do we need developers on our team?
You need someone who understands your business processes and can validate results. We help your team learn briefs, Git branches, pull requests, testing and working with coding agents. AI-generated changes still need qualified technical review; we agree who provides it before you start releasing.
Will AI agents change our live database?
Our proposed development workflow uses separate development and test environments. Agents build and test there, and production changes go through an agreed human review and release process. Agent permissions and production access are configured during onboarding; separation is an operational policy, not a blanket guarantee from the software.
How do you handle business data and AI providers?
During onboarding we agree hosting location, access, backup retention and how test data is sanitized. We also review the selected AI provider and what an agent can read or send to it. Sanitization scripts must be tailored to your data; using a test environment alone does not make business information anonymous.
Can we keep our current Odoo partner?
Yes. Your partner can continue functional consulting and module development. We provide the platform and help your team adopt AI workflows. We agree responsibilities for infrastructure, application support, code review and releases together.
What does it cost, and what support is included?
The Pricing section shows a monthly server cost plus a fixed Control Plane fee. Choose US for USD prices or Europe for EUR prices, then select Shared or Dedicated vCPUs for each server size. If you bring your own server, you pay us the Control Plane fee and pay your infrastructure provider separately. Migration, mentoring, managed support, backup storage and any SLA are scoped separately. Taxes, bandwidth overages, optional services and any applicable Odoo or AI-provider costs are additional.
